Who I Work With

I work primarily with people with ADHD and related executive functioning challenges. Many of my clients are writers, musicians, small business owners, and other ambitious people who know they're capable of more but struggle with organization, planning, and follow-through.

Some clients are building careers. Others are launching businesses, writing books, making records, navigating major life transitions, or simply trying to create more structure in everyday life. Whatever the goal, our work focuses on building practical systems that support the way you naturally think and work.

I also work with autistic and AuDHD clients whose primary challenges involve executive functioning, as well as older high school and college students preparing for greater independence.

Every client brings different strengths, challenges, and goals. There is no single productivity system that works for everyone, so together we'll develop approaches that fit your life rather than expecting you to fit someone else's system.

How I can help

Executive functioning coaching is practical, direct, and built around your actual life

Sessions focus on the work that's most important to you.

Planning the week, organizing responsibilities, breaking down projects, or working through a project that has been hard to start.

Together we'll build practical systems that support the way you think and work.

Our work together might include:

About me

I'm Justin Sullivan, an executive functioning coach based in Los Angeles, originally from New York.

I hold a master's degree and have spent years helping people build practical systems for organization, planning, and follow-through. I have ADHD myself, so many of the systems we explore together are ones I've developed and refined in my own life.

Alongside my coaching work, I've spent much of my professional life as a writer and working musician. That experience has given me a particular appreciation for long-term projects and the challenges of balancing ambition with everyday responsibilities.

I especially enjoy working with people who are building something, whether that's a business, a creative project, a new career, or more structure in everyday life.
